Dr. Taylor-Ford is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience, specializing in individual psychotherapy for adults.
Her expertise lies in aging and health psychology: the bidirectional relationship between physical and mental health.
Education
Dr. Taylor-Ford graduated with a BA in Communications from UCLA and earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from USC, where she focused on psycho-oncology and health psychology. After that, she completed internship and postdoctoral residency in Health Psychology at the APA-Accredited training program at VA Hospital in Los Angeles. She also has worked in palliative care and has done research on health disparities and how biological, social, and psychological factors can affect health.

When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Taylor-Ford works at a large healthcare system in Los Angeles, trains future health psychologists, and champions the transformation of healthcare to address the whole patient including their emotional, social, spiritual, and physical wellness.
